What we do:
The compliance team ensures adherence to regulatory standards set by the Bank of Thailand, SEC, and AMLO, managing compliance audits, licensing, and risk assessments across all business units. With a focus on building a strong compliance culture, the team collaborates with internal departments and external regulators to mitigate risks and promote effective compliance practices.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with official agencies to compile and submit requested documentation, such as police warrants and court notices.
Prepare and organize compliance documents to ensure regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of documents to governmental authorities.
Provide foundational advice on regulatory compliance issues concerning required documentation.
Assist with ad-hoc compliance tasks to support business objectives and regulations.
Maintain accurate records compliance submissions for audit purposes.
Support the team in tracking compliance deadlines and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks in cryptocurrency.
Basic knowledge of regulations such as SEC KYC AMLO FATCA and PDPA.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

These checks are conducted after the interview stage and prior to your start date to verify qualifications and suitability for employment.
