Senior QA Automation Engineer (Onboarding)

Responsibilities :

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for mobile applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

• Identify, track, and validate software defects while performing root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional teams throughout Agile development.

• Establish QA best practices, improve testing processes, and promote shift-left testing.

• Monitor post-release quality and support production issue investigations.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA, including 3+ years in mobile application testing (iOS & Android).

• Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, software testing methodologies, and API testing.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Appium, Maestro, Selenium, or Playwright.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
