When challenges arise, community and compassion come first.
As severe flooding affected communities across Southern Thailand, Bitkub Group came together to support those impacted—both the local communities and our own Bitkubers. Guided by our belief that no one should face hardship alone, our teams immediately mobilized relief efforts to provide assistance where it was needed most.
This initiative was made possible by the generosity of our people. Bitkubers across the organization joined forces to donate essential supplies, food, and Internal Coins to support hospitals, healthcare workers, local communities, and families affected by the crisis.
Our team also traveled to Southern Thailand to deliver relief supplies in person. Being on the ground allowed us to witness firsthand both the devastation caused by the floods and the incredible resilience of the people determined to rebuild their lives. While no donation can fully replace what was lost, we hoped to provide something equally important—hope, encouragement, and the reassurance that they were not facing this journey alone.
Supporting Our Communities and Our People
At Bitkub Group, our responsibility extends beyond community relief—it also includes caring for our own people.
As soon as the flooding began, our leadership team and People team activated emergency monitoring to ensure the safety of our employees and their families. Delivering emergency supplies to affected communities was only the beginning. We also reached out to employees in impacted areas to understand their needs and provide immediate support.
When we learned that the families of some Bitkubers were trapped in high-risk flood zones, our team acted without hesitation. Working around the clock, we coordinated rescue efforts and provided assistance to help them reach safety as quickly as possible.
We believe that during times of crisis, knowing your loved ones are safe makes all the difference. That's why our commitment doesn't end once the immediate emergency has passed. We continue to support affected employees and their families throughout the recovery process, helping them rebuild their lives with confidence long after the floodwaters have receded.
