At Bitkub Group, driving sustainable growth goes far beyond business and technology. It is about creating equal opportunities and cultivating an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive together. Rooted in our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), we launched the “All Hands with Heart” project to open up spaces, unlock potential, and empower these inspiring individuals to become an essential part of our shared success.
To translate this vision into meaningful action, we partnered with the Social Innovation Foundation to welcome 30 talented youth with disabilities to work side-by-side with our Bitkubers. Together, our team took on a major milestone: hand-packing over 10,000 official souvenir bags for our flagship event of the year, Bitkub Summit 2025.
Working shoulder-to-shoulder created a warm, heart-led experience grounded in mutual respect and true teamwork. By shifting our perspective from providing charity to empowering potential, we witnessed firsthand the remarkable dedication, attention to detail, and deep pride these young individuals brought to the project. The “All Hands with Heart” initiative was designed to foster practical skill development, build self-confidence, and give these youths a platform to be a core driving force behind our key milestone—proving that great achievements are never built by one person alone, but by the dedicated efforts of everyone.
Ultimately, this project stands as a testament that when we join hands and work with heart, society moves forward more equitably, creating lasting and sustainable value for both our organization and the broader community.
